How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

All our products are lovingly handmade here in our Rose & Walker workshop, based in West Yorkshire. Thanks to having our own workshop our products can be customised to suit your exact requirements which is something rarely offered these days.
