We're sure you'll be more than happy with your purchase, but just in case you're not we offer a 28 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for organising the return and the cost to return unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched. Please ensure you package the item with care and in the original packaging to avoid damage as you will be responsible for the item until it is received back to us.
If an item is not packaged correctly and is damaged in transit back to us we may need to either return the item to you or only issue a partial refund.
Returns can take up to 10 days to process in busy periods.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke items can not be returned as they can not be re sold.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
All of our products are quality checked before we dispatch. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues please email our team at email@example.com . You have 48 hours upon receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective items. We will deal with any queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent.
We reserve the right to ask for images of the reported issue and for the item to be returned to us for inspection. We ask that you keep your original packaging until the item has been fully checked as if damaged we may need to recollect from you.
