Delivery Information

Free UK mainland shipping!

All of our products come with free UK mainland shipping so you won't pay a penny! You will not qualify for free delivery if your address is outside the UK or if your postcode/area is in the list below. (See additional Information) 

Next Day UK Shipping!

For items in stock we dispatch on a next day express delivery service. If this is available it will be specified on the product page. 

Dispatch Times

If the item is in stock we will usually dispatch the next day. See individual product pages for dispatch and delivery timescales.

How do you ship packages?

We ship directly from our workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.

The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.

For bespoke pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order ships that contains your tracking information. 


All of our products are quality checked before we dispatch. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues please email our team at You have 48 hours upon receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective items. We will deal with any queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent. 

We reserve the right to ask for images of the reported issue and for the item to be returned to us for inspection. We ask that you keep your original packaging until the item has been fully checked as if damaged we may need to recollect from you.

My parcel is damaged, what do I do?

If the package is damaged in anyway on arrival please sign for this item as 'damaged' and contact us right away at

Undeliverable Items

All of our items are sent via a tracked courier service. The courier will attempt to deliver on 2 occasions, then hold the item for 5 days to allow time for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. If no contact is made within the time period the item will be returned to us and you may need to pay a redelivery fee.
