How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

All our products are lovingly handmade here in our Rose & Walker workshop, based in West Yorkshire. Thanks to having our own workshop our products can be customised to suit your exact requirements which is something rarely offered these days. Arrived on time and well packed - all as expected and just what I wanted
As much as I really love wood, I have a patterned rug, in my lounge, which I felt would be obscured if I had chosen an oak coffee table. I saw the glass and metal framed tables by R&W ♥️ which I thought might work, but I had a slight doubt as my living room is not minimalist. I have a F&B Hay yellow media wall with black TV, fire and cabinet knobs. Plus there are black accents in the rug. But, I also have a Lichen green suite so was confused as to which colour finish to choose. I sent for the samples in black and dark bronze… but still couldn’t make my mind up 🤷♀️! Lewis, himself, took the time to ring me to discuss and emailed me AI photos of the table, in my living room setting, of both the black and dark bronze finishes. I was then able to easily decide. I am absolutely thrilled with the Hudson coffee table.😊. The simplicity of its design and style has uplifted my living room giving it a new elegance it didn’t have before.
I accidentally paid for the white glove delivery twice and Lewis kindly sorted this for me.

We are so pleased with the quality of this item. We only live 30 minutes from Rose and Walker, so we arranged to visit and view the items prior to purchase. Lewis was very accommodating and showed us a number of different items. They were all extremely well made and the quality control prior to each item being shipped was brilliant. When the item arrived it was extremely well packaged.

I am one of those people who is very quick to write bad report and never seem to bother when I am satisfied. I never tend to believe website reviews as I think its just family and friends promoting the product. I always check independent reviews as I have been stung before (toothbrushes from China instead of a games table - money lost!) Well I must say I am over the moon with both the coffee table and matching side table that I purchased, quality is above and beyond what I expected, lead time was quick and I even got more than one call to keep me updated on progress.
